Noi siamo quello che mangiamo!

I have done a lot with  my life, I have acquired a variety of experiences through travelling around the world, meeting new people and their cultures. Good food and good wine have been a constant presence through my life.  Food made by my mother, of course, was the best! And wine from my father's vineyard was delicious.

I work in the catering business, being trained by a Michelain Star chef in London. I have opened my own restaurant called Pano Vino on Kentish Town High Street,  serving Italian cuisine but mostly specialising in Sardinian Cuisine, running it for 20 years with great success.
